Position: Senior Associate, International Benefits (Associate Benefits IV)
Location: Remote
Duration: 24 Months
Benefits Inventory
Work with Field HR and HR Delivery Centers (HRDCs) in regions outside of North America (APAC, LATAM and EMEA) to:
– Collect source documents (policies, plan documents, legal agreements) for all benefits within each country
– Create Policy documents for existing benefits with no documentation
– Create Benefit Knowledge Articles ? HR and Employee view
– Centralize and post benefit Knowledge Articles for HR with plan information in easy-to-use format
– Add/update centralized Inventory portal with detailed benefit plan details, vendors, costing, and program management information
Business Unit Harmonization support
– Prepare side by side analysis of insured and non-insured benefits for countries considering harmonization
– Put together recommendations on cost, employee impact and complexity of change
– Develop initial plan and timeline for harmonization of insured benefits
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Understanding of international employee benefits landscape, including local regulations and market practices across various regions
– Previous experience with complex benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
– Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify trends
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across different cultures
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools
