Job summary

Reporting to the Global Head of PMO, the Global Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the global structure, being a key player in overall account support through project management practices and project deployment. The role is critical to guaranteeing project deployment with 100% compliance with TP and global Project Management Standards, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the success of all projects deployed with internal and external stakeholders. Within the scope of action, the Global Project Manager might be required to support projects related to growth, new geo locations, processes and procedures, tooling, IT deployments, reporting mechanisms, or any others that might be required either from internal stakeholders or requested by the client.

Main Responsibilities:
• Be a central Point of Contact (POC) for project management practices on a global level
• Follow project deployment through standard Project Management cycle:

a. Initiation

b. Planning

c. Execution

d. Control & Monitoring

e. Closing & Handover
• Apply Project Management practices depending on project scope (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Engage with stakeholders on a global and local level to ensure seamless project

execution
• Support projects on a global and/ or local level, initiated by internal and/ or external stakeholders.
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure project documentation is completed as per guidelines, as well as ensure there is transversal knowledge among all involved in the project regarding project status and next steps.
• Ensure change management practices are in place to guarantee that project outcomes are integrated into business as usual.
• Be an active driver of suggestions, improvements, and changes to projects and processes implemented at a global level.
• Track effectively all project-related items: scope, change requests, contractual requirements, timeline, resources, plans, action logs, and costs (when applicable).
• Be an active voice to global leadership on items requiring attention (on a project level)

Competencies and Professional Background:
• 2-3 years of experience in one or more of these areas: Project Management, Business Management/ Analytics, Change Management, or Communication Management.
• English level C1 or above
• Ability to travel
• Ability to Support different time zones
• Strong Knowledge on MS Suite (MS Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Project, MS PowerBI)
