This externship with Grace Institute offers you the opportunity to develop a comprehensive social media and communication strategy that will have a lasting impact on women’s workforce development in New York City. In this externship, youÂ’ll conduct an in-depth competitor analysis of workforce development organizations, focusing on those that serve women.

Your research will be essential in helping Grace Institute identify emerging trends and best practices in communication, guiding the optimization of their outreach strategies. You’ll gain valuable skills in market research and analysis, translating research into strategic business recommendations, and developing effective presentation skills—an essential asset in any professional setting.

During this externship, you’ll cultivate a diverse skill set, including:
