Qualification:
• The GED exam covers four subjects: math, science, social studies, and language arts, and requires significant studying and preparation
• To participate, you must have turned 18 years old or above
• The skill to handle confidential information discreetly is a necessary trait for any employee dealing with classified data

• Have you ever handled inventory control in a retail store before?
• Expertise in interpreting customer inquiries and utilizing registered data to provide accurate and timely responses and solutions in both phone and online settings
• Act in accordance with the HIPAA regulations as well as the company’s rules when interacting with sensitive patient data
• Offer outstanding customer service while conducting all mandated activities to release medications to patients and distribute products, if allowable by state statute
• Adhere to the company’s guidelines on operating the cash register by following all cashier handling procedures that minimize the risk of financial loss. These procedures include processing electronic payment methods such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT and Gift Cards, as well as cash and check payments
• Familiarize yourself with and comply with the requirements for approving and presenting merchant vouchers, restrictions on limited funds, and loss prevention measures
• Remember that promoting sales and services is an ongoing effort. Stay up to date on new offerings and continue to find innovative ways to connect with customers and boost our sales
• Responsibly manage phone calls by assigning the appropriate degree of urgency to each one and handling them accordingly
• The use of software applications and technology can streamline the inventory control process by offering real-time updates and providing data on inventory tracking, which makes it easy to stay on top of stock levels and overall management
• Adhere to the organization’s computerized inventory control and ordering procedures for non-prescription drugs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
• Respect the departmental standards by keeping work stations and customer waiting areas well-organized and free of debris
• A personalized and thoughtful approach can make customers feel like they are not just a transaction but a valued member of the community
• Comply with and enforce all health, hygiene, and safety procedures and practices as set forth by the company and health code regulations at the state, local, and federal level. Notify store management immediately of any perceived unsafe condition
• Follow the regulations set by the government at local, state and national levels, and report any criminal conduct like robbery, shoplifting or fraudulent behavior
