About the position
As a Food & Beverage Operations Guest Experience Manager at Walt Disney World Resort, you will lead the Stage Management of a high-volume multi-restaurant complex within the hotels. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and safe operations while promoting an immersive guest experience. You will be responsible for increasing cast engagement, safeguarding the Disney brand, and maintaining high guest service standards. This part-time position requires a focus on team development, operational excellence, and a commitment to the rich heritage of Disney Hotels.
Responsibilities
• Work with guests and cast members to resolve any issues.

• Help the cast focus on developing a diverse team.

• Manage daily staffing levels based on demand and provide daily results.

• Support local projects and monitor potential impacts to guest and cast experience.

• Implement resort plans relating to cost control and food & beverage projects.

• Support change by integrating processes and aligning performance goals.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Food & Beverage.

• Experience with multiple styles of service such as Quick Service, Table Service, Concierge, Bar/Lounge, & Pool/Cabanas.

• Ability to lead a team, hold self and others accountable, and manage conflict.
,
• Demonstrated operational guest service experience and skills.
,
• Ability to coach cast members to correct behavior across lines of business.
,
• Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment.
,
• Understanding of financial aspects of operations, including operating budget, revenue, labor, and inventory systems.
