In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in various iconic locations within our Disney Parks and Resorts. Your day-to-day tasks will involve interacting directly with guests to answer their questions, solve any issues, and guide them through our vast array of attractions and dining experiences. **Responsibilities:**

1. Provide exceptional guest service, addressing the needs of guests in a prompt and friendly manner.

2. Manage reservations, including bookings for restaurants and special Disney events.

3. Offer detailed information about park services, facilities, and entertainment options.

4. Handle guest complaints and provide swift solutions to ensure satisfaction.

5. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the park layout, upcoming events, and promotions.

6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

7. Uphold Disney’s standards of service excellence and its legacy of creating magical guest experiences.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations gracefully.

6. A positive attitude and genuine passion for creating magical guest experiences.

7. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

**Educational Qualifications:**

A minimum of a high school diploma is required; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.

**Experience:**

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially within a high-volume environment or theme park.
