The successful candidate for this position will work under the supervision of the General Manager and Manager on Duty and will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and use independent judgment. The company is seeking a highly-motivated professional who is comfortable wearing a uniform and interacting with multiple people in a courteous manner, and can also effectively memorize and utilize frequent guest information.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
• Receive and process payments for lodging.
• Greet guests and answer inquiries.
• Check guests into the hotel.
• Provide information on local attractions and transportation options.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner.
• Review paperwork from the front desk business day and print and assemble the Night Audit report for the motel business day..

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Experience:
• Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
