PLEASE NOTE: This role requires 4-6 weeks of on-site training in Indianapolis, IN. After the completion of training, the role is 100% remote.
What You??l Do:
? Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries
? Schedule patient appointments accurately across various clinics and specialties
? Provide insurance verification and prior authorization support for procedures and surgeries
? Educate patients on financial options, including self-pay, billing, and payment plans
? Meet department quality and productivity metrics while delivering exceptional service
What We??e Looking For:
? High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
? 1-Year of Inbound Call Center Experience (Required)
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail
