What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing innovative solutions to issues
– Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns as needed
– Escalate interactions appropriately when necessary
– Respond to assistance requests and process payments when applicable
– Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
– Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
– Must be over 18 years of age
– High School Graduate or GED
– Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
– Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
– Strong logical problem-solving and organizational skills
