Principal Responsibilities
• Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system using provided images.
• Identify document types based on accompanying documentation.
• Review and verify entered data meets quality standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate professionally with team members as needed.
• Propose suggestions for process improvements.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timelines.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay and Schedule
• $12 per hour.
• Full-time preferred, with part-time opportunities available.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
• Shifts available Monday to Friday between 8:00am-9:00pm CST.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy (WPM Typing Test) OR 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy (KPH Typing Test).
