What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate orientation and training for new hires
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and address hiring needs
• Screen candidates to ensure quality before presenting them to hiring managers
• Maintain spreadsheets and detailed documentation for compliance purposes
• Perform administrative duties and follow-up tasks related to recruitment processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• RN/Clinical recruitment background is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to foster relationships within the organization
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to task completion

• Experience in healthcare recruitment
• Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements
