Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Helpdesk Agent to join our growing team at TechSolutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for solving technical issues. If you enjoy helping people and troubleshooting technical problems, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or related field is a plus

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently as well as within a team

– Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is preferred but not required

– Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

– Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

– Guide customers through step-by-step solutions

– Document and track customer issues using the company’s helpdesk software

– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience
