Overview
This position is commission based and is for new entrepreneurs who’s looking to Start their career in real as a investor and who’s teachable. Your role would be to contact homeowners who’s looking for help with their real estate need. For new starts you’ll be trained and taking a one on one course to learn the business that comes with a sign up. Afterwards you’ll be commissioned based. This position is only for entrepreneurs that’s serious.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of real estate transactions from initiation to closing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer serv?ice
• Market properties through various channels to attract home sellers
• Proven experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
• Effective… communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $100,846.00 – $119,311.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
