Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and positive first impression of the brand.
Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and handling any issues that may arise.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand’s products, including current trends and promotions, in order to accurately assist customers and make recommendations.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet personal and store sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking and responding to customer feedback.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to safety and security.
Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to provide the best service to customers.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the brand in a positive manner.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including cash handling and store cleaning.
Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve personal and store performance, and communicate any suggestions or concerns to management.
