What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to Leave and Disability
– Resolve inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of customer service
– Utilize documentation and resources to address employee questions and expedite processes
– Adjust case management plans based on individual employee needs and situations
– Collaborate with partner teams to update and improve policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Strong customer service and support experience
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to conduct research to find answers and information
– High judgment and critical thinking skills for analyzing leave and accommodation requests
– Must have a dedicated workspace at home to perform job responsibilities effectively

– Previous experience in HR or related fields
– Familiarity with leave and disability policies
– Experience in a remote work environment
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
