What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems aligned with the employer’s needs and strategy
– Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions or processes
– Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights into system improvements
– Translate HR People Team business needs into technical requirements and actionable software solutions
– Foster effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams for smooth coordination
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems (Workday preferred)
– Knowledge of Workday HR systems in areas such as Absence, Core HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, and Time Tracking
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
– Exceptional oral and written communication skills
– Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in driving operational efficiency and automation
– Familiarity with secure design practices
– Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
– Proven track record in fostering collaboration across teams
