Position Overview:
As a HubSpot Solutions Advisor at Process Pro Consulting, you will be working in a customer-centric role, helping to align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive growth through improved operational efficiency. You will be focusing on the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring that teams remain accountable for revenue through effective operations management, tool integration, and data analytics.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HubSpot. You will engage with clients, overseeing everything from onboarding and custom implementations to integrations and advisory services on the HubSpot platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure CRM and marketing tools to meet client needs.
• Provide training on HubSpot features and functionality.
• Implement and set up workflows, pipelines, custom properties, and user roles.
• Assist in migrating data from other CRMs or systems.
• Manage and maintain HubSpot accounts for diverse client portfolios.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data within HubSpot.
• Integrate HubSpot’s capabilities across sales, marketing, and service hubs to enhance revenue operations.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on sales and marketing performance using HubSpot analytics tools.
• Create and optimize revenue-related workflows and automations.
• Work closely with clients to design inbound strategies utilizing HubSpot’s resources.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Lead and manage various HubSpot projects.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple clients.
• Coordinate resources to ensure alignment between client objectives and our solutions.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with expertise in onboarding, customized implementations, migrations, and integrations (Professional and Enterprise).
• Strong background in sales/business operations or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven capacity to identify and spearhead growth-oriented initiatives for both SMBs and Enterprise-level organizations.
• Experience in architecting and deploying complex technical solutions for clients.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and analysis of trends.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel strategies and comprehending the sales and marketing lifecycle.
• Ability to effectively manage lead processes between marketing and sales teams.
• Background in establishing and managing revenue systems, including CRM and marketing automation.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using data to drive strategic decisions.
• Good understanding of B2B software pipeline management and customer journey metrics.
Preferred Skills:
• Expert-level capabilities in HubSpot Sales and Marketing Administration.
• HubSpot Certifications covering Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Services Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, resourceful, with a knack for big-picture problem-solving.
• Effective project and account management skills.
• Experience in a direct customer-facing role as a project lead.
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience in a HubSpot agency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while effectively delegating tasks and managing expectations.
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience and skillset)
