Position Overview:

Soliant is looking for a dedicated Virtual Case Manager to provide support for K-12 students in the San Diego, CA area. This full-time role involves overseeing special education programs, managing individualized education plans (IEPs), and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will be licensed Special Education Teachers who are committed to facilitating student success through effective case management.

Key Responsibilities:
• IEP Oversight: Develop, manage, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaboration: Work with educators, parents, and support teams to ensure students receive appropriate and effective support.
• Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress and adjust IEPs as needed to support academic and personal growth.
• Advocacy: Advocate for students’ needs, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for their educational journey.

Qualifications:
• Certification: A valid Special Education Teacher license/certification is required.
• Experience: Experience in managing special education cases or overseeing IEPs preferred.
