Job Description

Responsibilities

– Deliver exemplary customer service by greeting passengers and addressing their needs.

– Serve meals and beverages with attention to detail and care.

– Ensure compliance with safety and service procedures during each flight.

– Assist in boarding and deplaning passengers, especially those needing special assistance.

– Maintain cleanliness in the cabin and ensure all supplies are stocked.

– Communicate effectively with the flight crew to manage any passenger requests or issues.

– Handle cash transactions and keep accurate records of sales.

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Must be at least 18 years old.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED is required.

– Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.

Experience

– Previous experience in a customer service role or hospitality industry preferred but not required.

– Experience in an aviation or in-flight service setting is a plus.
