Hiring Several Call Center Agents to start ASAP!!!

Must live in the state of Texas!

Work Schedule: MUST be flexible to work a 40 hour shift between these days/hours:

Monday-Between the hours of 8:00AM-10:00PM and Saturday and Sunday between 10:00am-7:00PM.. Please note you will only work 40 hours and 5 days a week. You will get a set schedule.

Job Overview
We are seeking several motivated and customer-oriented Inbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
• Accurately input and update customer information into the computer system.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments as required.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or additional support when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data entry skills to document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and handling computerized systems.
• Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
