Your role will involve showing up to calls with inbound leads & closing them on services. Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and the most competitive person you know? Structure & Compensation
• Full-Time Opportunity Remote
• Leads will be provided! – No Cold Prospecting
• Working Hours range throughout the week, including some evening shifts, weekends are optional
• 5 to 7 daily appointments
• OTE 1st Year $90,000-$150,000/yr (Commission only)
• 1099 position
What This Job Entails
• Show up to schedule inbound appointment leads on Zoom. – Relationship building
• Understanding market knowledge
• Facilitate the closing process
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients – Estimated 5 – 7 new inbound appointments per day
Requirements
• Must be interested in working in a startup environment and be interested in growing and scaling the business.
• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. – Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth of 3+ million generated in a year. (Proof is definitely required)
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – this deal will require live critical thinking and problem-solving
• Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software and attention to detail. You understand that detail in admin = success in calls.
• Experience in financial markets, data analysis, or artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible, ie if a customer has a question on an evening you’re able to answer your phone or book in a lead.
• Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
• Coachable — you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
