What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to locate new sales opportunities
– Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions
– Follow up on cold and warm leads and secure meetings with prospects and clients
– Demonstrate the employer’s training and consulting products and services to potential clients
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-sell and acquire new customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales role selling services
– Proven track record of successful sales performance
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– High level awareness of key technologies and technology vendors
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo IO
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
– Familiarity with technology vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, AWS, and Google Cloud
– Experience selling training solutions
