About the position
The Claims Service Specialist role at GEICO’s Tucson, AZ office is designed for individuals who are motivated and empathetic, focusing on providing exceptional customer service during the claims process. This hybrid position involves extensive training in-office for the first 6-9 months, followed by a flexible work arrangement of four days in the office and one day working from home. The specialist will assist policyholders by collecting facts about accidents, investigating claims, and providing support to ensure a smooth recovery process for customers.
