.As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests and maintaining knowledge of our products and services.
• Base Pay + Commissions+ Bonus Opportunities (Based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance request.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
• Assists existing customers with product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services

Requirements

• Must currently hold a Property & Casualty License or a Life & Health License. Will also accept a Personal Lines License.
(We will provide study material for candidates that do not currently hold insurance license)

• Strong communication skills (verbal/written and interpersonal skills)

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)

• Quick Learner and a team player.

• Committed to growth.

• Must pass credit and background check
