Job Summary:

The Internal Sales & Admin will play a crucial, hands-on role in supporting the Country Operations Manager and the US team. Starting from scratch with a small team, this position offers the opportunity for growth as the business expands. The role is responsible for managing internal sales processes, and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between the front and back end of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Sales Management:

– Oversee and manage internal sales to achieve sales targets.

– Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Country Operations Manager.

– Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to upper management.

Administrative Duties:

– Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, order processing, and inventory management.

– Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

– Manage contracts and agreements with dealers and partners.

Process Optimization:

– Streamline sales and administrative processes to improve efficiency.

– Implement new systems and tools as needed.

Team Coordination:

– Work closely with the Country Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations between the sales and administrative departments.

– Facilitate communication between the front and back end of the business.

Customer Relationship:

– Manage and resolve any issues that arise with dealers or customers.

– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

– Self-starter with a strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

– Hands-on approach, willing to start from scratch and grow with the business.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Fluent in English.

– Fluent in Chinese is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
