Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for Apple products
• Document and track customer issues
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with special projects as needed
