Responsibilities
• Assist other bookkeepers with current clients

• Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis

• Produce monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and projections

• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial records

• Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Suite proficiently
Requirements
• 5 years or more of bookkeeping experience

• 4 years of QuickBooks experience
,
• 2 years of governmental accounting experience
,
• 2 years of payroll experience
,
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite

• HR background is helpful (but not mandatory)

• Certification is a plus, but not a requirement
