MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY: To provide 245G compliant clinical services to adult men and women in the telehealth format. Services include assessments, program intakes, group therapy, individual therapy, individualized treatment plans, treatment coordination and continuum of care planning. Maintain licensure compliant documentation. Provide client centered services to ensure clinical service compliance, outcomes, and client safety.
JOB DUTIES:
路 Implement clinical services as directed by the Clinical Director and required by funders and agency business plan
路 Comply with clinical service policies and relevant agency policies
路 Provide clinical services that are client centered, cost effective, and meet all goals/objectives within licensed required reporting periods
路 Attend weekly Clinical Supervision as directed by Telehealth Program Manager
路 Use evidence-based practices as directed by the Telehealth Program Manager
路 Maintain client records that are HIPAA compliant, meet funder requirements, and are audit ready
路 Provide back up for direct services at any location
路 Follow all systems in place for the safety and welfare of clinical service clients
路 Build and maintain community relationships that will directly affect clinical service outcomes, client referrals, and client care
路 Participate and contribute to agency business plan
路 Report and provide clinical service information to the Telehealth Program Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
路 Current license to practice Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling (LADC or ADC-T) in a licensed out-patient setting (245G) or is exempt from licensure under MN Statute 148C
路 Mental Health professional preferred but not mandatory
路 BA in Human Service Field or related experience
路 Minimum of 1-year experience in the delivery of clinical services in a 245G setting
QUALIFICATIONS:
路 Superior skills in client centered delivery of services
路 Superior communication and interpersonal skills
路 Demonstrate knowledge of evidence based clinical service tools in a substance abuse model of service delivery
路 Demonstrate a knowledge of working with a population with co-occurring issues
路 Demonstrate knowledge of working with a diverse population
路 Demonstrate knowledge of trauma informed delivery of services
路 Demonstrate the practice of high ethical standards
路 Required computer skills – Procentive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
