We are seeking a highly motivated Law Enforcement Response Analyst on a contract basis to help support our… Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
• Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas
• Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, terms of service, and guidelines for protecting the sellers’ privacy
• Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone
• Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business
• Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates
• Work cross-functionally with various teams across the company, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec
• Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams on process improvements
• Ability to remain highly organized when faced with contending priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with outside entities
• Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
• A track record of consistently going above and beyond what is expected
