Our client needs a dedicated Lead Generation & Business Development Coordinator to systematically build and nurture their client pipeline. This role is essential for maintaining consistent outreach and relationship management during busy production periods, ensuring business growth through effective prospect targeting and follow-up. The position will enable the company to scale efficiently while the creative team focuses on their core expertise in video production.
The Impact you’ll make
Prospect Research & Lead Generation
• Utilize Apollo to identify and research qualified prospects
• Set up and optimize targeting filters for key industries
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• Research and validate contact information
• Track and report on lead generation metrics
Email Outreach Management
• Execute strategic email campaigns
• Write and optimize outreach messages
• Manage systematic follow-up sequences
• Track response rates and engagement
• Maintain professional communication standards
Business Development Support
• Schedule qualified meetings via Calendly
• Maintain detailed prospect records
• Coordinate with potential clients
• Monitor pipeline progress
• Update CRM/spreadsheet systems
Campaign Optimization
• Track campaign performance metrics
• Refine targeting criteria
• Optimize email templates
• Report on outreach results
• Suggest process improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• 2+ years of business development experience
• 1+ year lead generation background
• Proven track record with Apollo or similar platforms
• Demonstrated success in email outreach campaigns
• Advanced Google Workspace proficiency
• Experience maintaining prospect databases
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect…
Work Setup:
• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• 20 hours per week
Compensation:
• $7 per hour
