Responsibilities
• Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents
• Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
• De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
• Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes
Qualifications
• Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
