We are seeking a Live Chat and Email Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
• Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services
Requirement
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
• Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.81 – $18.92 per hour
