As a Live Chat Specialist / Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and phone calls. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.
• *Responsibilities:**

– Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat and phone calls

– Provide accurate information about products and services

– Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments

– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

– Maintain customer records and update information as needed

– Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• *Requirements:**

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.
