This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities…

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of customer service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in typing and computer skills

Experience with live chat platforms preferred
