About the position
As a Lockbox Processor at PNC, you will play a crucial role in the Corporate and Institutional Banking Group by scanning receivables payments and entering invoice information for clients. This entry-level position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines. You will work in a team-oriented environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
Responsibilities
• Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures.

• Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.

• Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.

• Provides feedback on workflow and work received.

• Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
• No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills.

• Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required.
