Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for digital product operations
• Lead team members in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure a superior customer experience
• Monitor the digital product landscape and identify opportunities for improvement
• Think strategically and innovatively to drive improvements in product operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful product launches
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Track and report on performance metrics and KPIs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
