Define, implement, and communicate Delta’s social intelligence strategy in support of business priorities and a relentless desire to deliver customer insights. Manage a team of social media analysts to deliver breakthrough, actionable insights supporting brand intelligence and continuous improvement across the enterprise. Identify actionable insights to inform brand planning, content development, reputation management, market research, and competitive analysis. Develop and present social media intelligence reports by translating social media listening data into relatable stories for cross functional and executive audiences. Monitor and communicate audience trends to help shape marketing and communications strategies. Manage social media tools and technology stack including implementation, vendor relationships, and capability education.
