Description:
• Position Overview: The Manager, Learning Design and Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent development at Anywhere.
• This role involves managing the end-to-end design and development of learning programs, collaborating with cross-functional project teams, and embedding innovative thinking and processes across the organization.
• Reporting to the Head of Talent Development within the global People Enablement Team, this role is focused on employee development.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral science, evidence-based practices, and design thinking approaches to create impactful learning experiences.
• Additionally, this person will be expected to embrace and integrate advanced and emerging technologies, such as AI, into their work.
Requirements:
• Education and credentials in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership development design and development.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development, behavioral science, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
