Responsibilities
• Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs and services
• Draft and manage marketing communications across various platforms, including social media and email
• Create appealing content for promotional materials, newsletters, and blog posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media interactions
• Analyze engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies
• Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing communications or… customer support
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to evolve and adapt communication styles to match diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a quiet space to work remotely and reliable internet access
• 3+ years active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST
