What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Collect, verify, enter, and maintain data and medical record information in the medical management database
• Develop reports and materials for distribution and communication with hospitals
• Track patient admissions/discharges and transcribe lab results
• Monitor reports and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Attend team meetings, conferences, and training as required
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior administrative experience is required
• Proficiency in navigating MS Office applications and other databases
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
• Professional verbal communication and telephone etiquette
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Prior remote work experience
• Basic proficiency with the Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment
