What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Facilitate communication functions within the agency office and provide clerical support
– Create and update spreadsheets using Excel for tracking orders
– Assist with order management by comparing incoming orders with outstanding orders
– Document all responses related to patient interactions, including necessary changes
– Answer multi-line phones and manage daily communications with order management

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 1 year of general office experience
– Experience using Home Care Home Base and knowledge of medical terminology
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to type 40 to 50 words per minute
– Reliable transportation and a high school diploma

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in customer service over the phone
– Familiarity with creating and managing reports, agendas, and schedules
