What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer incoming calls for assigned clinics and operate call center telephony platforms
– Follow scheduling protocols and utilize critical thinking to address specific situations
– Complete accurate patient scheduling for multiple clinics and medical groups
– Validate and enter patient information, including demographics and insurance details
– Monitor assigned boxes in EMR for communication from clinics
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 1+ years of business office experience in relevant areas such as billing, collections, or customer service
– Additional education in business management or healthcare management may substitute for required experience on a one-for-one basis
– Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients and clinic staff
