What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer calls and provide information to members and potential members
– Process non-cash financial transactions and basic account maintenance
– Handle internet and mobile banking requests
– Generate member interest in Credit Union Products and Services
– Research and resolve member requests and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 1 to 2 years’ Call Center, Teller, or Retail experience
– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
– Ability to write effectively in English and speak clearly and tactfully
– Basic math skills and proficiency in basic applications in a Windows-based environment
– Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
