What You’ll Do
? Club Pickup Orders: Notify members of pickup delays, inform them of product unavailability, suggest alternatives, guarantee products are selected and packaged according to company policies, oversee dispensing procedures, handle member concerns, and market company products and services.
? Facility Safety: Uphold the safety standards of the facility by conducting regular safety sweeps, following procedures for merchandise handling, and promptly reporting any unsafe situations.
? Member Service: Engaging in Member Service involves acknowledging and validating member requirements, aiding in purchasing decisions, conducting transactions, managing cash registers, locating and classifying inventory, maintaining organized sections, addressing and resolving issues, marketing products, organizing carts, assisting with item transport, and upholding cleanliness in parking spaces.
? Compliance: Conform to company procedures and moral codes, utilize the Open Door Policy, and execute operational approaches.
? Work Assignments: Utilize policies and resources, collaborate with managers and coworkers, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, address improvement opportunities, and adapt to changes.
