Job Responsibilities
• Design and implement a technical strategy supporting the business use of D365 F&O.
• Comprehend and consider business requirements across the company when designing technical solutions.
• Comprehend changing business requirements due to M&A, compliance requirements, and new business and provide technical guidance for the best D365 F&O solution.
• Support the effective execution of D365 development and configuration changes.
• Partner with the Enterprise Architecture and the Director of D365 Architecture to have a clear and viable story to support and optimize the system.
• Partner with others to provide clear descriptions of how the system functions and the roadmap for an executive and leadership audience especially.
• Find pathways to ensure maximum leverage of D365 native functionality.
Qualifications
• Professional level English fluency and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and supporting D365 F&O on a global scale.
• Proven understanding of global data privacy laws.
• Technical knowledge must include SQL, Azure SQL, Microsoft’s Common Data Service, data components of Office 365, and Power BI.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver 360-degree solutions.
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and lead initiatives independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
• MB-700 Certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with the ISV ecosystem of D365F&O is strongly preferred.
• Experience with the Power Platform is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Data experience in the B2B space is a significant advantage.
