Key Responsibilities
• Client Guidance: Advise clients on their financial status and help them navigate the loan application process.
• Application Management: Handle loan applications and collect necessary documents to ensure smooth processing.

• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
