What is Required (Qualifications):
– High school diploma or GED
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Exceptional telephone demeanor with strong communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and achieve quality scores of 95% or higher
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
