Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting Netflix customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to enhance their viewing experience. Requirements

Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries

Document customer interactions and issues accurately
