Who you are
As an office administrator, you will be a key part of our team and integral in keeping the trains running! Your passion for organization, prioritizing, and making sure everything is going smoothly will be utilized every day.
In addition to supporting our engaging, close-knit virtual team with administrative tasks, you will prepare agendas and materials for numerous meetings. Our office is busy, so youÂ’ll answer calls, take messages, and route them appropriately. You will also serve as the main point of contact for our teenage clients, helping to support them with reminders and follow-up between sessions to ensure they get their work done!
There will be opportunities to… spend time researching areas of interest to our team and clients, such as changes to college admissions deadlines, new standardized testing procedures, impacts to the process relating to COVID-19, and more. In addition, youÂ’ll communicate and interact with our clients, business partners, and other parties and serve as a true liaison.
