Customer Service/Office Assistant – No Experience Required!

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Office Assistant. Many of our long-term employees started in this position and have successfully progressed into management roles over the years.

Key Qualifications:

– Strong willingness to work and consistently show up on time

– Excellent organizational skills

– Keen attention to detail

– Proficiency in both verbal and written English

Responsibilities (to be taught):

– Perform general computer tasks

– Handle standard office duties

– Provide professional and friendly customer service

Compensation and Benefits:

– Pay will be commensurate with your abilities and will increase as you acquire new skills and knowledge.

– Merit-based increases in wages are available from the moment you join our team.

– As you progress and master tasks such as the filing system, order software, shipping procedures, etc., you will receive skill-based pay increases.

– Within your first year, there is an opportunity to work your way up to a 25% wage increase.

– After one year of employment, you will be eligible for paid vacation time.

– On-the-job training will be provided to support your growth and development.

– Comp time will be available after six months of employment.

General Schedule:

– Working hours are between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

– Part time 15-24 hours during above work hours, flexible but to include Fridays from 10 am to 3:30 pm
